Specifying reasons at SKU level for returnable products to become returnless refunds

Right now in Rivly, you can set entire catalog return reasons where a returnable product will become returnless. E.g. If an item is classified as "defective" by the customer, the seller may not want to bother with paying for return shipping if it cannot be resold. In this case, the customer can just keep the item.
We would like to have this feature set at the SKU level instead of for the entire catalog so we can have individual settings for each product.
